2. Click on the shopping cart icon to checkout
3. In the checkout screen, click on the area shown below to enter your code

Our processing time is around 1-3 business days for cookie cutters/stamps and 1-5 business days for customised items – longer for large quantities.

We aim to make and post your order as soon as possible (ie. what we can control). What we can’t control is Australia Post delivery, and therefore it is impossible to guarantee delivery by a certain date.

If you need the item urgently, we recommend and offer an option to send by express post. Kindly note that choosing this option makes no difference to our processing time. You are effectively paying for an Australia Post Express satchel.
