Returns

We have a 30 day return policy from the time of your purchase (excluding all customised items), and returns after 30 days will not be accepted. To return an item, the item must be unopened (cookie cutters and stamps must be unused due to hygiene reasons) and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is approved before processing the refund for the item.

Damage Items

We take great pride in making our products and will do our utmost care to never send you a faulty item. However in the rare occasion that occurs during delivery, you need to contact us immediately prior to returning the item. If the item is damaged in the post, a claim will need to be lodge with Australia Post.
